Your data is encrypted and isolated to your workspace. We never mix one business's data with another's.

To improve the product, we count which screens and features your team uses — for example, that a chat was opened or a reply was sent. We record the team member's account id, workspace and role, never the content of a chat, your customers' names or numbers, or anything typed into a search box. This data stays on our own servers and is not shared with or sold to anyone. It sets no advertising cookies. To switch it off for your workspace, contact us.
